TokyoGraph Link is an experimental community-based site where anyone can share or discover content from all over the Internet. Unlike other similar sites, the focus here is on Japanese entertainment and culture, ranging from anime to film to music to daily life. If you find something interesting on the web, bring it here and share it with everyone else!
Once a link is submitted to the database, it's up to you and the rest of the community to spread the word about it. Each submitted item gets a Popularity rating that determines how high on the listings it will appear. By voting on content you like and talking about it, the more people will discover it!
We ask that you follow these rules:
- Do not link to sites for the purpose of illegal downloading.
- All submitted content should be safe for viewing at work (in other words, no nudity, pornography, obscenity, excessive profanity, etc.).
- Do not use this site for spam or advertising.
- When adding comments, be civil.
- Avoid submitting content that has already been added. New content regarding the same topic is fine, but multiple sources saying the same thing is not.
If you see content or comments that violate these rules, use the red Report links so that we can deal with them.
Voting, commenting, and submitting
Only registered users can vote on content, comment on it, or submit new content. Just sign up for a free account on the TokyoGraph forums, then return here.
To vote on content, simply click on the Vote! links. You can also unvote a topic if you change your mind about it.
To add comments, click on the Comments link for the specific story you want to discuss.
Submitting content is just as easy. Copy and paste the address in the box on the right-hand side and click on Go! The next page will ask you for more information, such as a title, a description, and the appropriate topic categories. Feel free to be creative with titles, but they must be no longer than 75 characters. Descriptions have a 500-character maximum length.
